We Had Our Flat Roof Sealed the Right Way
I looked for Roof Coatings NJ. We have a large section of flat roof on our home in this sububran area. An addition was built on and it has a gently sloped flat roof. The rubber top is taking a beating in the summer sun and the cold of winter isn’t helping any either. We want it coated with a suitable sealant so we will not have to replace it. It is not that old. It still is strong and not cracked yet. The seams are showing a little lifting. A good sealant used over the whole surface will make it last for a much longer time than if we just leave it alone. I called this company and they knew exactly what to do. They were able to patch a couple of worn areas and reseal the rubber seams that were lifting. Then they coated it to seal the whole roof surface. They did an excellent job. We have zero water intrusion to the structure below.
